As an experienced personal trainer I have the good fortune of working with clients whose fitness levels are as diverse as their individual requirements. From absolute beginners to experienced athletes, my ability to tailor each session to suit the unique needs, goals and budgets of my clients has seen my clientele flourish in recent years.
Aside from personal training, I also specialise in boxing, strength training, weight loss, fitness for older adults and nutrition both men and women — and my ladies only Box 4 Fitness Boot Camp is fast becoming Cardiff’s most popular get fit fix!

My passion for health and wellbeing extends to all aspects of the field. I’m a highly experienced sports massage therapist with a passion for health and nutrition, so each and every session of mine will be armed with not only a tailor made fitness regime, but also all the essential knowledge to lead a healthy and active lifestyle!
